Dr Chan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computing at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK). He received his B.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees in Information Engineering in 2014 and 2020, respectively, from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). His research interests are in wireless communications and networking, and machine learning.
